Italian bakeries on the road against bread waste
A group of Italian bakeries affiliated with CNA have joined the roadmap against bread waste “una mano contro lo spreco” promoted in LOWINFOOD. Since the beginning of February, 10 bakeries are implementing the 5 recommendations against bread waste agreed upon during the stakeholder dialogue conducted in the previous months, and they are now monitoring the quantity of bread waste in the meantime, to compare with the baseline.
