Two days for sharing experiences, results and challenges
On 30 November and 1 December 2023, LOWINFOOD is celebrating its General Project Meeting in Münster, Germany, hosted by the Institute of Sustainable Nutrition (ISUN) of the Münster University of Applied Sciences. More than 30 partners have met for the meeting physically, which is a unique opportunity to share experiences and lessons learned and tackle together the challenges that have arisen.
The different evaluation dimensions that are being taken into account in LOWINFOOD to evaluate the innovations have been discussed in depth in the first day, including challenges in data collection because of the complexity of the implementation of the innovations.
