LOWINFOOD at the European Bioeconomy Scientific Forum 2023
On 6-8th September 2023, the LOWINFOOD partners Silvia Scherhaufer and Gudrun Obersteiner (BOKU) attended the European Bioeconomy Scientific Forum 2023, held in Vienna, Austria.
Silvia presented a poster about the impacts of food waste prevention, based on the results obtained in LOWINFOOD, where the authors discussed, among others, whether the positive effect of waste reduction can outweigh the environmental impact of the increased use of digital technologies.
Gudrun, for her side, was part of a podium discussion about “Experiences in writing a research proposal”.
