More cooking workshops with chefs
Last week, the Austrian Institute of Ecology organised another LOWINFOOD cooking workshop with Chef Jochen Neustifter and a group of students at the HLM HLW school Krems. Students were introduced to the problem of food waste, they were also informed about the vegetables available in each season, and they then made a cooking session.
“The students had a lot of fun therefore the workshop was a success”, stated organisers at the Austrian Institute of Ecology.
