LOWINFOOD at the Fruchtwelt Bodensee

On 13-15 January 2023, the LOWINFOOD partner Leroma attended the Fruchtwelt Bodensee, the International Trade Fair for Commercial Fruit Growing, Distillation and Agricultural Technology, held at Messe Friedrichshafen, Germany. The company’s CEO Marina Billinger and sustainability manager Florian Casalino aimed to meet new companies and innovators to discuss fruit and vegetable surpluses and how can food waste be reduced at the beginning of the value chain.

Among other discussions, they shared with attendees the LOWINFOOD stakeholder dialogues as well as new opportunities to process fruit overstock and expand their shelf life.
