LOWINFOOD’s good practices at ECOMONDO
On 6 November 2024, LOWINFOOD partner Emanuele Blasi, from Università degli Studi della Tuscia, participated in the ECOMONDO Expo. He gave a speech on sustainable food chains and mentioned LOWINFOOD as an example of how innovations can contribute to the sustainable transition of food chains.
Some other Italian LOWINFOOD partners, from the University of Bologna and Emilia-Romagna Region, among others, also attended the event.
