Regusto’s campaign to promote food waste reduction at an Italian coastal restaurant
On 8-9 July 2023, the LOWINFOOD partner Regusto conducted a campaign in collaboration with the Tibidabo Beach establishment, in Tarquinia Lido, Italy. Those customers who ordered or consumed a meal at the establishment received the Regusto bag to continue to enjoy at home what they didn’t eat immediately.
Additionally, they were invited to participate in data collection by completing the questionnaire and sharing their photos of the Regusto bag; they received a merchandising article from LOWINFOOD as a thank-you for supporting the project’s commitment to a sustainable future.
