Fish sector stakeholder dialogue in Bremen
Last week LOWINFOOD held a stakeholder dialogue with several experts from the fish value chain in Bremen led by the LOWINFOOD partner The Institute of Sustainable Nutrition (ISUN). Representatives of the partner LEROMA also joined the meeting and presented their B2B digital marketplace for reducing food losses in the fish food industry.
Participants discussed different theses and tried to find solutions on different levels regarding fish waste. The market segments represented in the meeting were as follows:
