LOWINFOOD partner COZZO, one of the technological innovations that are being validated in LOWINFOOD, has been highlighted by Food Tank as one of the “12 global resources that provide simple, creative, and delicious solutions to reduce household food waste“.

Food Tank is the Think Tank for food, a non-profit organization. As they claim on their website, they are “building a global community for safe, healthy, nourished eaters. We aim to educate, inspire, advocate, and create change. We spotlight and support environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable ways of alleviating hunger, obesity, and poverty and create networks of people, organizations, and content to push for food system change”.
