LOWINFOOD gets the front page of a Swedish regional newspaper

Upsala Nya Tidning, a regional daily newspaper published in Uppsala (Sweden), published a cover story on LOWINFOOD on 23 November.

This newspaper broadcasted a report about a visit journalists did to a primary school in Uppsala, where they saw the work being carried out against food loss and waste in collaboration with LOWINFOOD partner SLU. Specifically, they are testing and demonstrating two innovations: Matomatic and the educational concept.

The report includes statements both of pupils at the school and LOWINFOOD partner Mattias Eriksson (SLU).
