Cooperation Workshop: “Designing Co-creation activities for innovation in Food Value Chains”

On 9 June 2021, the 5 sister projects working in cooperation (LOWINFOOD, FOODRUS, CO-FRESH, FAIRCHAIN, PLOUTOS) are celebrating an online workshop, with the aim of sharing approaches and methodologies deployed in each project to design co-creation activities for the specific purposes of each project, exchanging experiences, get project experts in touch and, if possible, to open room for collaboration between the projects.

LOWINFOOD partners Elisa Carloni and Nicola Gianluca Di Fiore, both from the University of Bologna, are presenting the Delphi approach and the Webinar Series as part of the co-creation methodology that is being followed in the project.
