Webinar on food waste reduction at schools

LOWINFOOD partner Austrian Institute of Ecology (Österreichisches Ökologie-Institut) has been invited to present our project approach and activities in the field of out-of-home-consumption, in line with a webinar for schools.

Maria Kalleitner-Huber will introduce new ways of reducing serving and plate waste at schools. She will present a recently accomplished pilot project on food redistribution and our LOWINFOOD innovations of combining a holistic educational concept with the demonstration of the so-called Plate Waste Tracker.
