FoodTracks is a start-up company founded by economists and computer scientists. FoodTracks offers bakeries (production sites and their subsidiaries) a forecasting software which provides exclusive insights for their purchase orders, sales, and HR management, in real-time and for each of the subsidiaries individually. The aim is to align demand and offer and to provide the bakeries with economic benefits by optimizing their production processes.
Role in LOWINFOOD: The main contribution of FT is expected in WP3, where it participates to task 3.3. FT is also involved in WP1, WP6 and WP7 together with all other partners.
