Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet is an agricultural university with long experience in research, innovation and education related to food waste. At the department of energy and technology there is a large group of researchers working on topics related to sustainable food systems, environmental engineering and life cycle assessment.
Role in LOWINFOOD: Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet is leader of WP3 “Innovations against loss of bakery products”. Within this work package, it is leading the task 3.1 and participating to task 3.2. Sveriges Lantbruksuniversitet is also expected to give a major contribution to WP5, where it leads task 5.4 and contributes to 5.2, 5.3 and 5.5. It is also involved in task 2.4 and in WP1, WP6 and WP7 together with all other partners.
